I have still been out in the field but surely working two full times cuts into my time outdoors. Here are some photo from March

Western Tananger - Female (My lucky neighbor has this yard bird)

Two Females relaxing...

Purple Finch & Pine Warbler - The feeder is a popular spot these days

And moving on.....

Eastern Phoebe - @ Higbees Beach (very high numbers moving through the area now)

Fish Crow @ Nummy Island

Lesser-Black Backed Gull @ St Mary's Beach CM Point

Osprey defending his catch from a Turkey Vulture @ Rea's Farm

Bonaparte"s Gull @ East Pointe Lighthouse

East Pointe Lighthouse in Cumberland County - Beautiful!

Cooper's Hawk - Notice how his tail is spread open

Boat-Tailed Grackle @ Heislerville's WMA

Harbor Seal @ CM Point Beach

Snow Egret @ The Meadows

Spring has arrived!

Greater Yellow Legs - Flying & Calling as usual

Tree Swallow @ his new home.

Well, its been a great month & April will pick up even more. I ended March with 174 species for the year all the while I have working almost 75 hours a week. (yes, if I'm not working I am out there in the field; birding is my life now & I have no complaints)

See you soon.... Mike
